Due to the ongoing events in Afghanistan, and to ensure the safety of students, ACCA has cancelled all their September exams there. This includes both remotely invigilated exams and on-demand exams. ACCA has said full refunds are now being ‘arranged’.
A Kabul student, talking on one noticeboard, explained there is currently only power at night, “There is no power during the day. No power, no wifi and so no internet.”
