Having joined 360 Chartered Accountants some 13 years ago, Sophie Holmes (pictured), the firm’s first ever apprentice has become a shareholder and part-owner.
Holmes joined the firm straight after her A-levels and became fully qualified in 2017. Two years ago she became Client services Director and joined the board. She is also the chair of the firm’s charity 36) Grass Roots Foundation and chair of the Humber ICAEW Society of Chartered Accountants.
Holmes reached the final of the ICAEW Apprentice of the Year competition early in her career, after winning a regional heat. She now leads 360’s team of qualified and part qualified accountants, trainees and apprentices.
