Armstrong Watson has recruited a record number of graduates this year.
In all some 37 new graduate trainees have been welcomed to the Cumbria-based accountancy firm, that is up from the 28 recruited in 2023.
Among the 37, who will all study the ACA qualification, are three former trainees who progressed from their AAT apprenticeships.
