Top ACCA PM tutor Jo Tuffill takes a look at cost behaviours for us. Understanding a business’s cost structure is vital for its success. It is why cost behaviour is the first concept taught in management accounting. Her video runs for just 7 and a half minutes and explains exactly what a cost is, looking at both variable and fixed costs. Tuffill has also written an accompanying feature in the April issue.
