Changes to AATs governance structure was given a massive ‘green light’ at the recent AGM.
Some 94% of members vote for a more streamlined AAT board alongside a reconfigured AAT members’ Council.
They agreed with outgoing President Kevin Bragg, who said the changes were needed to “improve decision-making into the future. He felt the changes would also ensure members’ voices still took pride of place.
Moving forward the AAT board will consist of up to 12 trustees, and gives the association the chance to bring in experts on areas, such as supporting its international stratgy. to help push it forward.
