The UK financial services sector is facing a green skills gap and not enough is being done to close it, says PwC.
The PwC Green Jobs Barometer found that traditional finance degree programmes lack green knowledge and skill integration.
Another worry is that graduates with green skills are choosing to work in industries the perceive as better aligned to their values.
