Deloitte UK has said it will continue with its commitment to diversity target, irrespective of what its US business does!
Deloitte US looks set to scrap diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) goals, as the current climate in America changes!
Deloitte âs Richard Houston told the UK staff the Big 4 firm was âcommitted to our diversity goalsâ and âwill continue to report annually on our progress on inclusionâ.
It is understood that Deloitteâs US staff have already been told to stop using pronouns at the end of their emails when working on government contracts.
The news came after Accenture had told its staff that it would start to âsunsettingâ its diversity goals, introduced in 2017.
