AAT has appointed Greg Ferrari as its new Executive Director of Performance and Transformation in a move that completes the executive team under CEO Saraha Beale.
Ferrari will lead the AATβs finance, IT, project management and people teams.
He comes from the charity Advanced HE where he played a key role in modernising IT systems and embedding industry-leading processes for financial and strategic planning. He has also had leadership roles at Pearson, where he established a network of multilingual teams across four continents.
He said: “I’m excited to be joining AAT at this pivotal moment in its development. Its 2030 Strategy shows a clear commitment to understanding and adapting to the needs of members and students, both now and in the future.β
