What could your accountancy body do better for you? Well, ICAS asked just that question of its students to help it improve services to them.
Interestingly, two-thirds (64%) of Scottish Institute PQs said they prefer classroom learning, with just 21% leaning towards online learning.Â
Areas highlighted as requiring improvements were âresponse timesâ, âthe quality of information receivedâ, and the âefficiency of ICAS administrationâ.
The areas with the highest satisfaction were âICAS reputationâ, âclassroom-based teachingâ, and âquality of ICAS materialâ.
