Wow, did anyone like the SBR ACCA exam? It was described as ‘horrible’ and ‘tricky’ all at the same time. There were some very worried sitters after this one.
Some 43% on the Open Tuition poll called the September sitting a ‘disaster’, another 32% said it was ‘hard’.
Many got bogged down in the cash flow question and were shocked that no discussion of the figures were required. As one PQ said: “Make your bloody mind up ACCA!”
The general census was that time management was key too. Quite a few sitters admitted they never got to answer the last 25-mark question.
FR was deemed much better, with 54% saying the exam was ‘OK’. Just 11% said it was a ‘disaster’. Some of the questions in section A were tougher, said candidates.
